Orders and Payment

Prices are set in USD and may change without notice. Should we identify any pricing errors before shipment, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.

Purchase Limits on Perfume Oils

Due to high demand, Sand + Fog limits purchases of perfume oils to five units per scent, per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled to ensure fair access for all customers.

Shipping

Sand + Fog ships orders to the delivery addresses you provide. Please ensure your address is accurate as we cannot reroute packages once they are dispatched. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

After items leave our facility, they are in the carrier’s custody. We are happy to assist with tracking, but Sand + Fog is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control once the package is shipped.

Returns

Intellectual Property
